‘Such a strong collection of films, so hard to choose one! There were films of intense beauty, powerful storytelling, sophisticated drama, and clever comedy, all very worthy. But the one that touched me in particular was “The Life, Death and Suffer Story”. It’s a film of simple drama, an intimate story made huge, with a strong but carefully understated directorial style, attention to details, and sly humour. It kept me wondering until literally the last frames, when the character’s flickering eyes give away the game.’

LDSS totally enjoyed being a part of Kurzfilmtage - such a friendly, well organised festival. I recommend it! The audiences were great and the questions at the Q&A afterwards were detailed. Impressive after only seeing it once. Here’s a BIG (belated) thank you!
